Appointed CEO in March, 2020, Asif brings 28 years of unique experience in the healthcare and technology industries with focus on leading strategic growth of large scale organizations. Ahmad, recognized as a highly regarded innovator, earned a spot on several prestigious listings including Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders, CIO Magazine and ComputerWorld. Prior to joining LucidHealth, Asif has held the roles of CEO, CIO and senior management positions for both public and private companies successfully accomplishing many key initiatives in areas of product development, practice management, strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
Asif received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan.
Dr. Alfonso serves on the board of LucidHealth as Chief Medical Officer. He is an accomplished radiologist in practice for more than 22 years specializing in body imaging radiology. He received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, completed his residency at Creighton University Medical Center and earned a fellowship in Body Imaging from the University of Louisville. Dr. Alfonso served as President of RRIA for 15 years and led the development of Premier Imaging Ventures – a number of business entities supporting the radiology practice. His visionary leadership has created a proactive response to the technological advances of the organization in maintaining the focus as a patient-centered practice. As Chief Medical Officer for LucidHealth, Dr. Alfonso leads the Physician Executive Council and is a member of the practice integration group.
As President of Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates, Dr. Reader serves on the board of LucidHealth. Dr. Reader has collaborated at all levels within the practice to build a cohesive team that focuses on the success of providing care to the 26 hospitals and 46 outpatient centers throughout Ohio. Dr. Reader is a graduate from the Medical College of Ohio and completed his radiology residency at The Ohio State University. He joined RRIA in 2003 after completing a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to becoming President of RRIA, Dr. Reader served on the executive committee for 9 years and as chairman of the professional relations committee for 6 years. In addition, he has also served as Director of Musculoskeletal Imaging for RRIA for 8 years.
Dr. Lafferty, a partner with Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates, holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University, graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his radiology residency at the University of Minnesota Hospital. His involvement within the LucidHealth board brings an innovative approach to patient-centered solutions. Since joining the group in 2000, Dr. Lafferty has been an instrumental influence in the development of RadAssist. This proprietary software manages diagnostic images across multiple platforms, enhances the work processes for the physician while increasing the efficiency and quality of care for the patient.
President, Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley,
Dr. Marc Miller, President of Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley, also serves on the LucidHealth Board of Directors. Dr. Miller’s tenure includes many executive leadership roles including Radiology Chief of Staff and Digital Imaging Co-Chairman. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency program at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee. As an established radiologist for 20 years, Dr. Miller is actively involved in LucidHealth’s Physician Executive Council (PEC) which is focused on patient-centered quality care and clinical integration.
Dr. Kennedy serves on the Board of Directors for LucidHealth. As the President of Madison Radiologists, S.C., Dr. Kennedy has been an integral part in the growth of the practice to provide a wide breadth of subspecialty care and become the leading radiology provider throughout southern Wisconsin. Dr. Kennedy received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, performed his residency at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology and obtained a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at National Orthopedic Imaging Associates in California. Dr. Kennedy is an active member of LucidHealth’s Physician Executive Council (PEC), focused on patient-centered quality care and clinical integration.
Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo before discovering his passion for software development. Since 2004 he has served as CIO for Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates, where he has dedicated himself to improving and optimizing technology within the practice. As CIO of LucidHealth, Ron has led the development of RadAssist, the proprietary workflow and analytic enterprise for the corporation. As an accomplished technology strategist and architect, Ron has achieved success designing and leading technical operations to advance healthcare systems and improve patient outcomes.
Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive earned at Accenture Consulting as well as in executive roles at healthcare and Fortune 500 companies. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and completed the Master of Science in Organization Development program at Pepperdine. Jen’s experience includes leading and managing human resource teams in complex and high-growth business environments. She is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, talent development, human resources, total rewards and organization development.
Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. In addition to leading the traditional Business Development and Marketing operations for Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates, Tim has been instrumental in growing the practice, building and maintaining relationships and managing strategic partnerships within Ohio’s vast number of hospitals and health systems. Prior to his current role, Tim’s 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry include sales, leadership and management roles in Fortune 500 and startup medical device companies.
While overseeing the finance, accounting, and financial reporting functions, Nic is also actively involved in the implementation of key projects across the company supporting the growth of LucidHealth’s patient-centered care, improving the work-life balance of our physicians, and optimizing the company’s long term economic model. Nic began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in finance, accounting, audit, and marketing at Fortune 500 and industry leading brands. Nic earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
