David Grau is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth. He has held leadership roles at organizations including USOncology, McKesson Specialty, and Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, where he built a strong reputation for advancing business development, patient care initiatives, and shared services operations on a national scale. David joined LucidHealth in 2020 as Chief Strategy Office and played a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory. In 2024, he transitioned to Chief Operating Officer, where he led continued expansion in teleradiology services and developed strategic partnerships across new markets nationwide. He now serves as Chief Executive Officer, guiding the organization's vision and ongoing innovation in healthcare delivery.

With a proven track record of success across a diverse range of healthcare organizations, Jim brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership, strategy, operational improvement, and business growth across the healthcare continuum.

After beginning his career as a Radiologic Technologist, Tom spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry, the majority with a focus on information technology. Leading strategic clinical partnerships, product management, and AI integrations, Tom has worked with industry pioneers including UNC Healthcare, GE Healthcare, and Fujifilm Medical Systems.

With a focus on the health and life sciences industry, Bill is responsible for all legal issues that affect LucidHealth and its affiliates. He has supported LucidHealth as both in-house counsel and formerly as outside counsel while working at the law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. Bill earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School and a B.A. in Humanities from The Ohio State University.

With more than 30 years in human resource management, Rich formerly held accomplished executive positions with highly regarded national healthcare systems including HCA and Tenet Healthcare. As a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Rich oversees all areas of HR for LucidHealth and its national network of radiology practices.

With a wealth of experience in driving organizational growth and innovation, Jason brings expertise in contract growth across multiple physician service lines, including both onsite providers and telemedicine. Jason combines strategic vision with operational expertise to foster long-term growth and operational excellence.
